Donations from within the U.S. are tax-deductible, as we are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our financials, as well as our 501(c)(3) exemption, can be found here.  Sorry, no donations from outside the U.S. are tax-deductible at this time!

After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions. All recurring donations are listed in the Subscriptions section. You can click a subscription to view its details. To cancel click Cancel Subscription. To update your payment information,  Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased from the store?

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.

What's the deadline to get tax credit for the current calendar year?

Tax receipts will be issued for the current year for all donations made online received by 11:59 pm Local Time on December 31st.  All mailed in checks must be postmarked by December 31st.

Why is my shipping cost for the store so expensive?

We are a growing organization and our store is a very small part of what we do. Therefore, we don't receive the shipping breaks large online retailers do.  The cost of shipping is estimated, and the exact cost we are charged by USPS, if not very similar, is what you pay.
