Project Periwinkle is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Great financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability are values that we hold dearly. In order for our impact to be maximized, none of our officers, directors, or employees accept compensation, resulting in a completely volunteer based organization.
Our IRS 990 forms can be found below. Prior to 2021, we fell below the detailed reporting threshold guidelines set by the IRS and therefore were required to file only a 990-N postcard electronically. More information on IRS reporting guidelines and be found on the IRS website. Our 2026 reporting year (starting 5/1/2025) ended on April 30, 2026, and our 990 will be published when filed.
